This Privacy Policy explains what information DeedSketch collects, how we use it, and the choices available to you when you use the service.

1. Information we collect

We may collect:

  • property descriptions and documents you submit for processing,
  • technical and usage information needed to run, secure, and debug the service,
  • contact or receipt details you provide in connection with support or paid use, and
  • payment-related records from payment providers when paid features are enabled.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

  • operate the product and return requested results,
  • monitor performance, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues,
  • handle support, receipts, billing, and service communications, and
  • improve the reliability and usability of DeedSketch.

3. Service providers

We may use vendors that help us host, secure, analyze, and operate the service, including vendors involved in payment processing when paid features are enabled.

Those providers may process information for us only as needed to perform their services.

4. Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for product operation, security, support, legal compliance, and recordkeeping.

When information is no longer reasonably needed, we aim to delete it or de-identify it. Limited backup copies may persist for a short period afterward.

5. Your choices

You can choose not to submit documents or descriptions to DeedSketch, but the core service cannot work without processing the materials you provide.

If you want us to review a deletion or privacy request, use the contact method published on the site or included in a payment receipt.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect the information we keep.

No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children

DeedSketch is not directed to children under 13, and we do not intend to collect personal information from children through the service.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the service after an update means the revised policy applies going forward.
